Shane and Ambie, LLC dba “Shambie Solutions” (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Provider”) provides services subject to the applicable agreements, service attachments, schedules, and other terms identified below.
By signing or accepting an Order, Quote, Statement of Work, or other agreement for services, you agree to the terms incorporated into that agreement.
1. Master Services Agreement
Our Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) establishes the general terms and conditions governing services provided by Shambie Solutions.
2. Managed Services
Customers receiving managed IT services may also be subject to our Service Attachment for Managed Services, together with the applicable Schedule of Services.

3. Third-Party Services
Certain products and services provided or facilitated by Shambie Solutions rely upon third-party vendors, software, platforms, licensing, telecommunications, cloud services, or other third-party providers. Applicable terms are addressed in our Schedule of Third-Party Services.

4. Data Processing
Where applicable, the handling and processing of personal or other protected information in connection with our services is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.
5. Orders, Quotes and Statements of Work
Specific services, products, pricing, project scope, service periods, and other engagement-specific terms may be established through an Order, Quote, Statement of Work, or other written agreement.
Those documents should be read together with the applicable agreements, attachments, and schedules incorporated into them.
6. Current Terms
The links above provide access to the current versions of Shambie Solutions’ applicable service terms. The applicable agreements should be reviewed periodically for updates.
